Members use that chat to support. motivate and educate each other!

Support Groups
In our Immersive pathway, members meet weekly in their support group. This allows for sharing of success and challenges, recipes, "aha" moments, laughs and relatable experiences.

Facebook Group
Members can use the closed Facebook group to chat with other members in the program.
Digital Wellness
Our technology provides our members with the ability to access all educational resources, receive workouts with videos for each movement, track their progress, chat with their peers and get help from our coaches, all in one spot!
