Meal plans are a tool to help you be successful.
However, meal plans CANNOT replace or undervalue the importance of a mindfulness practice and adequate sleep. 
We can provide a beautiful meal plan, however, if you are not getting enough sleep and are stressed, it will be difficult to follow ANY plan.
We highly recommend meal plans are purchased in addition to a support program that includes sleep and stress management.
